Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup milk
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 small can pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
graham cracker crumbs
whipped topping
25 small cups
Directions:
Mix milk & pudding in a gallon size baggie about 1 min (until blended)
Add remaining ingredients and blend for 2 min
Refrigerate
Put graham cracker crumbs in bottom of small cup, add some pumpkin mixture and top with whipped cream.
Yields approx 25 servings
